We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Event Assistants to join our team and help us create memorable moments at a variety of events.

**Job Overview**: As a Casual Event Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of events at Aerospace Bristol. From corporate functions to gala dinners and private parties, you’ll be working under the wings of Concorde, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and extraordinary experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including table settings, décor, and catering equipment.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and attended to throughout the event.
- Work closely with the kitchen and event teams to deliver high-quality service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas.
- Support with ad-hoc duties as required by the Event Manager.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or events is a plus, but not essential—training will be provided.

Pay: Up to £12.00 per hour
