**Job Description**:
As a Café Assistant with Barista Skills, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and maintaining the high standards of Fosters Event Catering. This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where your passion for coffee and customer service will shine.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, with a focus on espresso-based drinks.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.

Assist with food preparation, including sandwiches, pastries, and other café offerings.

Handle cash transactions and maintain an organized and efficient cashier station.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café area, following health and safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café environment.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages.

Basic food handling and preparation skills.

Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
