**Store Manager | Furniture Showroom | Central Scotland | £40,000 and Car/Allowance and Bonus**

Zachary Daniels has a superb opportunity for a Store Manager to join a thriving furniture and home retailer and have the opportunity to make a direct impact on its business and future growth. The role of a Store Manager is going to be fast tracked to becomean Area Manager, experience of multi-site or cluster management would be an advantage.

The successful Store Manager for this fantastic brand will be working in a customer driven sales environment, high levels of service must be central to everything you do. A strong furniture and related products background is essential, you will be able tobring knowledge, experience and passion to the area to drive performance.

We want a Store Manager to the brand through an excellent sales process and work closely with your Managers and sales consultants across all key departments. We are looking for a retail leader who has the experience of succeeding in a field role, has hadsuccess in complex business but has the energy, drive and tenacity to push the business on.

The Store Manager will be an inspirational leader who can and will represent the brand at all times, have a strong focus on career development and take the step to Area Management.

Key Responsibilities as an Area Manager:

- Ability to train, coach and develop colleagues to be great sales people
- Demonstrate the ability to manage large format and small format retail stores
- Assisted sales/big ticket sales experience at multi-site level
- Develop the team and recruit the right people to deliver your vision
- Win hearts and minds and drive culture change
- Commercially aware and able to understand business performance and react to areas that are under performing
- Experience of managing in complex businesses and stores is essential
- Passionate about retail and the customer journey

We want our clients new Store Manager to come from an exciting furniture background where you can demonstrate your experience in challenging retail environments. Must have the ability and drive to actually manage your business area to get the right resultsYou will have the autonomy to manage your stores and give your customers an amazing experience with every interaction.

**Package**:
This role has a fantastic**base salary circa £40k**, will also come with a **company car** or car allowance and superb re-designed**bonus schemes** that reward sales and increases in business performance. Earning potential **over £50k**:
