**Documentation Management**:

- Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate before submission to lenders.

**Customer Service**:

- Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional and client-focused.
- Manage client expectations and provide clear communication throughout the mortgage process.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Mortgage Manager and brokers with administrative tasks as required.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure all processes and documentation comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Stay up to date with changes in mortgage products, policies, and regulations.
- Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues to the Mortgage Manager.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Contribute to team meetings and share insights or suggestions for process improvements.

Pay: From £20,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
