**Job Title - **Sales Ledger Clerk**

**Department -** **Sales Ledger**

**Previous experience in a similar role ideally within an aggregate supplier or waste management company is essential.**

**Sales Invoicing - Preparation & checking**

**Manual Sales invoicing of direct sales (account and non-account) from all company depots, to use companies inhouse order processing software and invoicing on Sage accounting software.**

**Sales Invoicing Queries**

**Drivers daily ticket checking, sorting and distribution**

**Sales Ledger reporting**

**Collecting drivers’ tickets**

**Key Objectives**

**To keep customers ledgers up to date**

**To prevent invoice queries, checking correct order information is provided, producing invoices based on those purchase orders and deliveries made by the company.**

**To resolve any sales ledger queries**

**In addition to the duties which your role normally entails, you may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties as are reasonably necessary to meet the needs of the Company's business. The Company may at its discretion and after due consultation, amend your job description and/or job responsibilities at any time.**

**Senior Management staff**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
