**The main areas of responsibility are**:

- Supporting the Rental Manager with processing paperwork.
- Managing the Rental engineer’s day to day schedules
- Managing and maintaining the rental fleet
- Planning and arranging of projects
- Keeping fleet management software up to date
- Compiling monthly KPI’s and narratives

**Experience and Qualifications**
- IT Skills (Word, Excel, Teams etc)
- Knowledge of SAP Business One software would be beneficial
- Previous experience working in a hire department would be beneficial
- Working in a fast-paced environment

**Skills Required**:

- Positive attitude
- Having the right to live and work in the UK
- Self-motivated, and trustworthy to work effectively with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written presentation skills
- Ability to multitask

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
