**So what's the role about?**
Working as part of a small team, you’ll ensure all site administration tasks for both Carluke and Falkirk are completed accurately and on time. This will include (but is not limited to) maintaining effective stock control, purchase order management, updating our computer system (AX) and ensuring that goods are at the right level so that our production colleagues don’t fall into difficulties

You’ll also be supporting Kimberley, our Production Planner, with general administration and stock reduction projects, and will gain the skills to be able to cover the day-to-day duties across the sites (and cover as required for holidays).

**What are the required skills?**
- Strong administrative skills.
- Stock control experience is preferred as you will be assisting with stock takes and carrying out cycle counts.
- Excellent IT skills - particularly Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ideally, you’ll be able to produce and maintain spreadsheet reports/pivot tables using Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload to specific deadlines.
- Good communication skills with fellow colleagues and suppliers.
- The desire to make the role your own whilst growing and developing with Marshalls.
- Must be able to drive as you will need to work at both Carluke and Falkirk.
