**Position Details**:
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join our team in a learning and development capacity. As part of your training, you will assist in delivering and installing our equipment, gaining hands-on experience with the setup process. Once everything is up and running, you’ll learn how to ensure it operates smoothly by carrying out proactive maintenance inspections and responding to technical callouts at the client’s request.

While the events industry can be demanding—especially during busy periods—it’s far from a typical 9-to-5 job and offers plenty of variety and excitement

The role is based at our yard in Stockton, Warminster. However, you’ll have the opportunity to travel and work at various locations across the UK, with accommodation provided when staying away.

This position is ideal for someone keen to develop their skills, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to embrace the unique challenges of the events industry.

**Contract Details**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our team to ensure client events run smoothly.
- Efficiently load and unload vehicles (Forklift training available).
- Manage the installation and decommissioning of toilet and shower facilities.
- Perform basic plumbing, including the use of specialist vacuum equipment (training provided).
- Onsite attendance to oversee equipment operation during events, including fault finding and repairs.
- Work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment to meet targets.

**Essential Skills**:

- Practical, hands-on skills.
- Full driving licence.
- Strong work ethic.
- Be physically able to work for extended periods on your feet and in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Teamwork and communication skills.

**Beneficial but not essential**:

- Forklift/telehandler experience (Training available).
- Experience in event work.
- Knowledge of plumbing or general maintenance (even basic DIY).

**Staying Away From Home**:
You will be required to work away from home for extended periods of time, sometimes in remote locations. Each event usually involves a working period of around 7-14 days.

Events do not operate 9-5 so you will need to be flexible throughout the summer months and willing to work away at events. We will ensure you are well looked after when away and will provide all necessary accommodation, transport, training and tools. An expense card is provided to cover food and on the go costs.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
