We now have an opportunity for an experienced receptionist with good administrative skills to join our existing team. You must have office/reception experience and possess a can-do attitude. You must be able to work well as part of a team as well as independently. You must be able to demonstrate excellent client services.
**Role responsibilities include but are not limited to: -**
**Reception**
Greeting customers
Answering phone calls and distributing as necessary
Maintaining reception area
Office stationery and kitchen supply management
Opening and distributing post
Office filing
**Finance**
Manage traffic offences received
Set up and manage direct debit information on the system
Manage customer details held
**Sales administration**
Prepare and manage completion of customer contracts
Check customer information valid for submission
**Fleet**
Assist as necessary with the preparations for car sales or deliveries
Managing V5s for car sales and car purchases
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
