Our client is an exciting, award winning and vibrant fast-growing media and events company, passionately organising a number of virtual and hybrid leading B2B conferences, annual summits, webinars, leadership roundtable events and four dynamic and regularlyvisited websites for the customer experience, employee engagement, digital marketing and B2B sales market.

**Duties Include**:

- Carrying out interviews with end user Directors and Heads within recognised corporates
- Gathering detailed insight into business and technological opportunities
- Conducting research to ascertain the best conference agenda possible
- Sourcing and recruiting high level speakers from the leading corporate organisations
- Creating captivating marketing copy for conferences to attract speakers and audiences
- Host webinars with speakers as part of pre and post event promotional campaigns
- Researching and agreeing themes and topics for approx. 12 live events per year
- Liaising with event operations manager for onsite logistics
- Delegate and speaker feedback in liaison with the head of events and marketing
- Carry out post event report and feedback
- Minimum of 1-2 years proven conference producer experience in organising B2B conferences
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with a network of senior potential speakers
- Ability to understand the dynamics and key challenges of the company market
- Relevant communications and Web experience
- Strong work ethic and attention to quality and detail
- Ability to solve problems and successfully engage with appropriate technical and internal resources
- Ability to juggle multiple projects through highly effective organisational skills
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
