**Overview**
Job Profile:
The HR Governance Regulatory control's role is an integral part of the HR Governance and Internal Controls team within EMEA. It will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery for specific HR responsibilities under the Senior Manager and CertificationRegime for London Branch, Investment Management and Pershing Legal entities. It will also support the regulatory requirements for the Central European Bank (CEB), covering the countries within the SANV in addition to the Pre-Approval Controlled **functions **(PCFs) of the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).
Role Responsibilities:

- Management of the SM&CR End to End linked HR processes, collaborating with key stakeholders in Compliance, Legal and HR as required.
- Policy Reviews and updates linked to Regulatory or legal changes as agreed with Compliance and Legal.
- Oversight and management of the Annual review process under Fitness and Propriety for FCA/PRA/CEB/CBI as agreed with the specific Legal Entity.
- Management and oversight of the HR related areas/feeds to the Governance database system in Traillight or Axiom.
- Responsible for the management and day-to-day maintenance of the EMEA HR Director's Control schedule (London Branch & Mil), ensuring regular Quality Reviews are carried out with delegated COE stakeholders.
- Attend the weekly SM&CR meetings as required to keep abreast of emerging requirements and impact on the HR deliverables, ensuring that all follow up actions are managed to a timely completion.
- Take an active role in supporting regional or global projects as may be delegated by the HR Governance functional manager.
- Support the HR Governance team's deliverables as agreed on an annual basis in relation to Audits, Projects and regional testing of risk controls as part of the EMEA Governance testing of risk in line with the internal Controls calendar.
- Working with EMEA Chief Controls Office BNY Mellon, Pershing and IM to review, update, communicate and maintain the HR processes linked to the SM&CR 'End to End' process.
- HR Team support - Providing continual support to the HR Team in their day to day interactions, with regulatory processes; Regulatory references, Senior manager handovers, Contracts, and succession benches
- Liaise with HR Solutions to ensure DTP (desktop procedures) are in line with the SM&CR related processes, providing regular update and training as required.
- Manage the Annual SM&CR fitness and Propriety requirements for JD and background screening renewal, liaising with key stakeholders in all Legal Entities as required, working with the HR Governance and Internal Specialists to meet agreed schedule.
- Internal clients: EMEA HR Director, EMEA Chairman, HR Community of Expertise, EMEA HRBP Leads.
- Build relationship with the EMEA HR team to be the point of contact for SM&CR HR related queries.
- Legal Entity teams in Pershing/IM and Compliance
- Provide regular status updates to the relevant HR management on the day-to-day activities and projects being undertaken by the role.
