**Client Details**

Our client are a professional services firm with offices across the UK. The HR team in the Manchester office are recruiting for an HR Assistant to join and support a busy team. Full training is provided but previous HR knowledge/exposure is essential andthere is fantastic career progression on offer. The company have a very flexible hybrid working policy and offer fantastic benefits.

**Description**

The key responsibilities for the HR Assistant in Manchester are:

- informing on policies and procedures
- managing and organising meetings for the team and distributing agendas
- taking minutes in meetings
- preparing documents and presentation materials
- data collation and analysis, production of management information
- supporting the delivery of ER and training to stakeholders
- supporting with people improvement, business initiatives and project work
- updating and maintaining the ER case management system
- managing low risk casework
- processing new starters and leavers and completing job change requests

**Profile**
- previous experience in an HR capacity
- knowledge of HR functions and practices
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- meticulous attention to detail
- computer literate with MS Office and in-house systems
- excellent planning and organisational skills
- willingness to learn and develop
- ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team

**Job Offer**
