Room to Reward has an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Partnerships Officer to join our team.

Room to Reward is a unique charity created to give something back and say ‘thank you’ to those who do so much, for so many. Our partner hotels donate their anticipated unsold rooms to the scheme, our charity partners nominate their Hidden Heroes for a break, we make it happen

We are looking for someone to manage relationships with new and existing hotel partners.
Reporting to the Director of Charity and Operations Director, your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Liaising with hotel partners, following up and ensuring bookings are confirmed.
- Following up leads for potential new hotel partners, loading them onto the system and maintaining records.
- Maintain positive and meaningful relationships with existing hotel partners to continuously grow awareness of the scheme and the impact their involvement has on the charity sector.
- Maintain effective records and provide management with information/reports as required.
- Oversee the booking enquiries submitted by Hidden Heroes to ensure they receive the best possible experience when arranging their break, from initial enquiry to finalising the details of their stay.
- Other activities necessary to further develop and grow the charity. These may include attending trade shows/conferences, promoting the charity to both the hospitality and charity sectors and supporting the charity’s aims and objectives.

As part of a small team, you can expect to get involved in all aspects of our charity’s work. You will need:

- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- A high level of computer literacy
- A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage your own projects.
