EMG Motor Group are looking for a customer-focused individual to work at our busy Bury St Edmunds branch. Working as part of a team, this role offers you the opportunity to use your customer service and administration skills to help with the daily operation of the service and parts department.

You will need to be a confident relationship builder able to communicate with all our customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner.

Key duties will include, arranging bookings for work to be carried out, creating job cards, advising and selling additional work found during vehicle inspections, ordering parts, invoicing the customer, explaining any work undertaken and collecting payments

You will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to work independently, maintaining customer focus. Key performance indicators will include Customer satisfaction, repeat custom and retail hours sold.

Working alongside our workshop controller, parts department and service reception team, to provide a quality service experience for our customers.

The successful applicant will be, self-motivated and have a proactive approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public

Previous experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage.

A good rate of pay working in a friendly and modern environment.

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 and Saturdays 08:00 - 13:00.on a rota

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
