- Resourcing Co-Ordinator
Reports To:

- HR Manager
This position is a unique opportunity to join an ever-growing resourcing team and play a key role within the wider Human Resources team.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Resourcing Co-Ordinator will ensure that the organisation seeks to employ the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience by co-ordinating the full recruitment process. You will ensure employees are inducted and trained by the relevant department, assist in the development and implementation of policies relating to the effective use of staff in an organization.

Key duties:

- General recruitment administration including;
- Developing job descriptions and person specifications,
- Preparing job adverts,
- Shortlisting,
- Interviewing,
- Liaising with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
- onboarding of new starts
Desirable Criteria
- Third level qualification, or equivalent, coupled with excellent written, verbal, listening and presentation skills
- CIPD qualification
- Experience in using PAMS software
- Knowledge of ROI legislation
Rate of pay:

- Negotiable
Hours of Work:

- 37.5 hours per week, to suit the needs of the business.
