- Uphold safeguarding practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care.
- Support the children in understanding and managing their emotions, trauma, and any complex needs they may have.
**Skills**
**Essential**:
- A passion for working with children and young people, particularly those with SEMH needs.
- Empathy, patience, and resilience in handling complex behaviours.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both children and colleagues.

- NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or a willingness to work towards this qualification.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection principles.

- Be part of a growing company where your input and ideas are valued.
- Genuine opportunities for career progression as our company expands.
