- Servicing inbound requests from customers, both internal and external.
- Supporting requests across all transactional banking needs.
- Taking personal ownership with every effort being made to resolve customer requests as efficiently as possible to drive successful customer outcomes.
- Using various systems to ensure all queries raised are fully answered, ensuring data capture accurately reflects interactions.
- Performing high value transactions on customers’ accounts with strong attention to detail.
- Achieving individual goals aligned with departmental and CCB vision.
- Delivering against key Performance Indicators which include customers helped per hour, QA, customer outcomes etc.
- Displaying the right behaviours in line with Santander set expectations.
What you will bring.
- Demonstrate competency with a skillset that supports clients with day-to-day transactional banking enquiries, with the ability to treat each customer as an individual and delivering the best outcome.
- Experience of customer service role, within a banking or similar financial industry experience working with high value clients.
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills along with strong listening skills and the ability to interpret information (e.g., articulate, professional, good empathy levels).
- Numerical, computer and problem-solving skills, with a high level of dexterity.
- Being able to work within a risk framework and in line with procedural guidelines.
- A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate well with others.
- Ability to focus on both individual and team goals.
What else you need to know.
We’re recruiting full-time roles at 35 hours per week working at our Glasgow Contact Centre, working hours are between 8am and 17.30pm.
Given the impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or videoconference where possible.
