**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs.
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services.
- Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring that displays are tidy and well-stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette.
- Process transactions accurately using basic maths skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous.
- A friendly demeanour with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
- A willingness to learn about products and services offered by the company.
