We are looking to recruit friendly Patient Advisors to join our team.

Based in a busy GP practice in central Watford you will provide outstanding customer service and act as the first point of contact for our patients.

You will come from a customer service background, will be flexible and have a 'can-do' attitude. You will be computer literate and have a polite and welcoming telephone manner. We want people who are calm and helpful, who can reassure our patients, be friendly, approachable and are kind.

As a practice we are open are 8am to 6.30pm.

Our AM shift is 7.45am to 1.15pm and our PM shift is 1.00pm to 6.30pm.

We are looking to cover a mixture of AM/PM and full days and these will be explained at interview.

You must be able to work the full shift ie we cannot employ you if you wish to come in later in the morning or finish earlier in the evening

Initial interviews will be held on the telephone.

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
