**KBB Manufacturing Sales Manager**
CDUK is a leading supplier of surface materials and complementary products to the specification market in the UK and Ireland, including architects, interiors designers, kitchen designers, fabricators and contractors.
**Main Purpose of the Job**
To create and capture demand for the CDUK product range within the KBB manufacturing market leading to increased sales and profitability.
To build long term commercial relationships with key partners in this sector across the UK including kitchen furniture manufacturers, bespoke kitchen makers and fabricating studios who would directly purchase our products.
This is a national role. Travel to customers will be required 2-3 days a week. Overnight stays required.
**Key Accountabilities**
- To convert leads into sales ensuring that revenue and margin are maximised.
- Be responsible for managing accounts effectively, reliably and proactively. In total this role would be responsible for c.500 customers to maximise the sales of CD UK products.
- Ensure CRM system is proactively managed, and all deals are followed up in a timely manner to maximise lead conversion and sales.
- To keep up to date with market trends
- To grow sales year-on-year by providing studios with samples, literature, technical guidance, planning and design displays.
- To deliver product training to groups of KBB designers (both face to face and over digital platforms), in order to influence their decision making and for them to promote the full range of CDUK products.
**KBB Manufacturing Sales Manager Requirements**
- KBB design and / or planning experience.
- Understanding of kitchen design
- Experience of the premium & luxury KBB market and/or KBB furniture manufacturing
- Premium & luxury KBB sales experience
- Strong presentation skills both in person and virtually.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships
- Ability to effectively plan and work from home, prioritise work load.
- Experienced in all aspects of Teams & Zoom platforms.
