Everyone counts - We value, appreciate and respect each other To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience of: Guiding managers through the Change Management cycle Managing a high volume of ER case work with the ability to adapt your style Working alongside recruitment colleagues and hiring managers. Developing a collaborative relationship with Trade Unions and Staff Reps.
Supporting Learning & Development and Health & Safety initiatives Coaching, partnering and developing management capabilities across the Service including providing bitesize training for managers. HR Project work Policy and process development. Supporting ongoing improvement of HR practice and ensuring learning from regular case review feeds into this. Extensively advising on all HR and ER matters within a multi-site area.
Providing monthly reports on workforce information and ad hoc reports. Inputting information onto our ER systems and authorizing contract amendments to ensure accurate employee records. Representing the HR team in meetings Attending managers meetings and providing HR updates
