This role is a hybrid role based in our busy HR team in Worthing. This is a chance to join an award winning, national property company who are going through exciting periods of growth and who offer tailored award winning training and development programmes at all levels. The core focus of this role is supporting line managers with employee relations cases for a headcount of circa 700 employees.Key Responsibilities:Provide a first class HR advisory service to managers in areas such as disciplinary, capability, grievance, redundancy, occupational health, TUPE, absence management and restructuring, alongside matters relating to maternity and flexible workingWork on HR projects, in line with strategic objectivesSupport the group with the integration of acquisitions into the businessProduce reports as and when requiredProvide training to new managers on employment lawSupport the HR Administrators with any queries they may haveWhat are we looking for:EssentialAt least 1 year of experience in managing and advising on ER casesStrong UK employment law knowledgeExcellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, with experience of building and managing productive relationships with a range of stakeholdersStrong organisational and time management skills in order to manage multiple ER cases simultaneously and with great attention to detailExperience of working with HR databasesExperience of working within a teamStrong experience of report writing using software such as Microsoft WordAbility to be flexible, successfully adapting to changing business needs while delivering excellent service to all stakeholdersAbility to work under pressure in a busy and complex roleWillingness to work flexibly when neededDesirableCIPD qualified or working towards qualificationMulti-site experience from a central location would be advantageousWhat we can offer you:Proven track record for career growth and advancement within the companyMarket leading training and ongoing professional development Supportive and collaborative team environmentBenefits:Competitive base salary and Commission structureQuarterly and yearly awards including trips abroadSalary sacrifice pension schemeGenerous Holiday allowance, increasing by 1 day per year based on service with the option to purchase an additional 5 days holiday per yearLeaders Romans Group are an equal opportunities employer and encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
