Robertson Bell are excited to be supporting a public sector organisation to recruit an interim Finance Business Partner to support them through an exciting period of growth, as they expand their operations in tackling climate change.

This is a newly created role and initial six-month contract that will be worked on a hybrid basis, with 2-3 days per week spent in the offices between based Stratford and Chingford.

Key responsibilities of the interim Finance Business Partner will include:

- Constructing a robust budget from funds identified within existing income streams.
- Working closely with key stakeholders to advise on financial plans, and monitor expenditure against budget.
- Creating and maintaining financial models to analyse funding and risk associated new business opportunities.
- Identifying opportunities for new funding through market research and engagement with organisations who have similar goals.

You will need:

- To be a qualified accountant with a background in finance business partnering and thorough understanding of cash flow.
- A proactive approach to work alongside the ability to work autonomously using ones initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build robust relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Basic to intermediate financial modelling skills.

This contract is Inside IR35 and will be paid through an Umbrella Company.
