This role will play a pivotal role in establishing our client's CRM function, crafting, and implementing strategies that boost customer engagement, retention, and drive revenue growth.
- Lead the development and implementation of a cross-functional integrated CRM strategy that focuses on customer engagement and retention to drive successful job searches, and ultimately, revenue growth.
- Work in collaboration with wider marketing, product, and IT teams to deliver CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Drive an audience focused approach to maximize value for job seekers and recruiters.
- Develop customer journeys using segmentation strategies for targeted and personalized CRM campaigns.
- Establish clear metrics to measure and optimize the impact of CRM on revenue and other commercial objectives.
- Harness the power of customer data: Utilise analytics and customer insights to unlock the full potential of our customer data. Leverage this information to drive data-driven marketing campaigns, optimise customer experiences, and identify new business opportunities to drive commercial performance.
- Optimize CRM systems and technologies: Play a key role in the transition to new CRM platform, compiling requirements for best-in-class CRM and leveraging the platform's capabilities to enhance customer experience, drive revenue growth and optimise CRM operations.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with Design, Product, Data, Insights and Promotions teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing team: Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of CRM professionals. Provide guidance, support, and leadership to foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Lead the CRM team in a test-and-learn approach, leveraging insights to guide campaign optimizations and inform initiatives across the organisation.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years CRM experience including extensive exposure within SaaS/B2B. With a proven track record of leading a team to positively impact engagement & revenue metrics.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Strategic and deeply analytical thinker with a strong technical background in CRM and marketing automation, coupled with a deep understanding of user behaviours and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and best practices.
