Opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist r to join our client, A global Consultancy firm, supporting a diverse range of positions across the EMEA Region. As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and work closely with the Global HR Team.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, building a deep understanding of stakeholder businesses and role requirements
- Managing recruitment campaigns for any volume hiring needs or brand building events.
- Utilising systems to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process management.
- Support the recruitment strategy for the EMEA region by contributing to and implementing regional initiatives to global projects.
- Upholding global best practices to drive operational effectiveness through process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery.
- Proven experience managing multiple searches through strong project management and prioritisation skills.

**Skills & Experience**
- In-house full life-cycle recruitment experience.
- Strong competency-based interviewing experience.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a matrix organisation.
