The post holder will work as part of the KPSS team to supper service users in the community to promote their independence. The 1:1 team provides intimate support that will help the service users quality of life.

Desirable Requirements
- Driving Licence

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Support service users in all aspects of personal care.
- Support service users with medication where required.
- Assist service users to meet their nutritional needs.
- Carry out housekeeping duties.
- Assist service users with finances as per company policy.
- Ensure service users have access to healthcare, if required.
- Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users to promote their wellbeing
- Encourage the relationships service users have with family, friends and wider community.
- At all times, be mindful of equality and diversity, and behave in a culturally sensitive manner.
- Be aware of adult protection issues and report accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
