Intensive Floating Support Worker

We are looking for enthusiastic people who share our values **(Kind, Passionate and Creative)** to join our services accommodating and supporting people experiencing homelessness and **empowering them to thrive**.
The support we provide is always person-centred, trauma-informed and wellbeing focused. As an Intensive Floating Support Worker, you’ll work in the community to provide a wide range of flexible intensive support to individuals to encourage independence to maintain and sustain a tenancy and adapt to community life.
You will already be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council and hold an HNC or SCQF level 6 or 7 in Social Care.
Our service at Hamilton has 13 bed spaces across one 10 bed unit and three outreach flats. This is predominantly a young person’s service. One flat is currently being utilized as bail accommodation as part of a pilot initiative, funded jointly via SLC Social Work and Housing teams. The pilot will not proceed to a service after the initial phase due to funding constraints. **Salary**: £26,368 per annum
**Hours of Work**: 35
**Working Pattern**: 9am - 4pm with one day 12-7pm and one weekend shift every 3 weeks
