a Vacancy has just presented itself to join one of our clients leading at the forefront of the manurfacturing industry on a 12 month temporary basis.

You will provide unbeatable customer service and internal sales support contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

As a key interface between our client and their customers, you will proactively manage all demand chain related tasks for your customer portfolio, as well as taking part in work with enquiries, pricing etc. Also supporting the development of processes andyour colleagues with the aim for Business Excellence.

Knowledge of SAP is Essential...

**Responsibilities**
- To manage the quotation handling process according to local delegation rules, including activities for generation of leads and follow-up.
- To manage the order handling process (including a strong focus on order book management) of the complete portfolio towards own customers.
- To safeguard that the customer requirements are met by continuous follow up of schedules, delivery pattern, supply and shipments etc.
- To improve the quality communication/ information together with the customers and planners to increase customer satisfaction and to raise exit barriers.
- Follow up deliveries in relation with factories and Logistic Services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To support the account manager with contract preparations and sales history analysis etc.
- To update and keep informed of relevant customer and contact data in businessCRM System.
- To support invoicing of customers in liaison with relevant internal contacts.
- To continuously contribute to the improvement of existing and development of new processes focussing on the reduction of errors and re-work.
- To manage post sales activities (claims, returns etc.)
- To support the cash collection process acting on goods in transit, overdue, payment conditions, credit limits etc.
- To actively run/ participate in development projects, including positively supporting competence development of your colleagues

**Qualifications**
- Must have knowledge of SAP - Essential
- Energetic and motivated team player
- You have excellent attention to detail with a methodical and logical approach to your work.
