**Job Profile**

You will be responsible for supporting the development of graphical resources required by the company including various elements and layouts for our products, branding material, product promotional material, training resources, dissemination resources and other supports required for the marketing and all related company priorities that require graphical input.

**Essential Functions & Accountabilities**
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and resources.
- Support new innovations and differentiating product messaging
- Contribute to establishing creative direction for the company and the Ocumetra brand
- Creation and design of various elements and layouts for our products
- Producing content for various social platforms
- Producing video and animation assets for use in our products and across our digital platforms
- Designing and producing sales materials, collateral, brochures, presentation material
- Redesigning and continuously updating our website
- You will also work closely with the development team on mobile optimisation of Ocumetra products
- Help with the preparation of training materials for ECPs
- Support graphic design elements of scientific dissemination (e.g. powerpoint templates)
- Support new product launch strategies with specific emphasis on product differentiation and competitive messaging through effective design
- Assist in the graphical design aspects of the development of training content to train Ocumetra employees on relevant optometry practices and myopia management strategies, products, and clinical data through multi modal learning platforms
- You will work with the CEO and Director of Professional Affairs initially to jointly advance business objectives as well as with the Product Owner and the development team to work on our product portfolio

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Degree in Graphic Design or related artistic design discipline
- Graphic Design software including creative cloud
- Video creation & editing skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS is preferable

- Reporting to CEO and DoPA

Salary is negotiable, based on experience and skills
