**Peabody**has an exciting opportunity for a **Portfolio Analyst** on a** full time, permanent basis **based in **South East London**.** **In return, you will receive a competitive salary of **circa £46,400 per annum.**
- Do you have experience advising and influencing senior business stakeholders?- Do you have experience in a budgetary role managing and reporting on a capital change portfolio budgets?- Do you have strong costs modelling, forecasting and tracking knowledge within a capital investment portfolio perspective?- Do you have strong experienced using Microsoft Excel in the context of this role and use of Microsoft PowerPoint for providing presentations and reports to senior stakeholders?

**About the Portfolio Analyst role**:
As a **Portfolio Analyst,** you'll oversee management of Peabody’s IT and Workplace capital investment portfolios, enabling effective estimation of resources, costs and timelines within those portfolios; to continuously track, reforecast and report on cost and delivery timeline variances, ensuring delivery timelines and costs are realistic and they are being managed effectively.
**Weekly hours**: Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
A minimum of 1 to 2 days working at the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
**Responsibilities as our Portfolio Analyst include**:
- To evaluate performance of relevant programmes and project cost management, recommending and implementing remedial actions as required, to support effective cost management within the associated capital portfolios; as well as hands-on support around best-practice budget management, forecasting and cost tracking- To own relevant capital portfolios expenditure tracking documentation and continuously improve reporting of IT and Workplace information around capital budgets to meet business needs- To support Senior IT and Workplace leadership teams with annual business planning & forecast Capital investment portfolio budgets (programmes resources and costs estimation, phasing and forecasting, determination of capital & revenue costs, etc.)
