Credit Control Administrator

The Credit Control Administrator reports into the Service Regional Collections Manager and is responsible to conduct administrative duties relating to the Credit Control Team.
This is a 12month FTC.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Manage Credit Control Shared Mailbox.
- Recording invoice disputes in credit management system.
- Provide copy Invoices and SOA as and when requested.
- Printing & posting of dunning letters and SOA.
- Answering inbound phone calls.
- Regular banking activities - Listing cheques and depositing at bank.
- Manage & distribute daily inbound post.
- Review daily returned mail and communicate & update corrective data actions to prevent reoccurrences.
- Consult daily with office based & remote Credit Control Teams
- Processing credit and credit re-bill requests in the system as required.
- Manage ledger of Direct Debit Customers and associated admin
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and internal key stake holders.
- Other ad-hoc admin duties as required.
Skills & Experiences:
- At least one year experience of office administrative roles in relation to Finance or Customer Service.
- Comfortable working in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
- Service background is desirable.
- Good communications in both written & spoken English.
- Confident telephone manner
- Sound IT skills - Microsoft Office - SharePoint - Intermediate Excel
- Detail focused.
- Collaborative team player and able to work independently.
- Reliable and target driven.
