**Job Title: Office Coordinator**
**Reporting to: General Manager**
Jackson Hogg is delighted to be working with a great company experiencing continuous growth, with their search for an Office Coordinator.
**Hours **(Happy to be flexible around kids)
- Monday to Thu - 7:45 - 4:15
- Friday - 7:45 - 1:45

**Responsibilities**
- Office Coordination/Office Management
- Managing the General Managers schedule and arranging meetings
- Responsible for travel management including booking flights, accommodation and car hire
- Management of reception
- Minute taking
- Responsible for HR Administration
- General Administration
**Skills**
- Previous experience working as a PA or Office Coordinator
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent planning skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- GATESHEAD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
