**Menu Product Manager**

As Menu Product Manager you will be responsible for driving creativity across the business through both new and existing products, dishes and non-consumables, ensuring that Greene King are market leading innovators.

This role will be based in our Burton on Trent office, but will also require travel to pubs, factories and restaurants.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the insight team to create/develop an evolving portfolio of product ideas.
- Collaborate with the purchasing managers to ensure the commercial viability of new and existing products and attend all first production runs.
- Utilise great supplier relationships drive new and develop existing product development.
- Provide concise product briefs to both internal and external parties in collaboration with the food development team.
- Frequently be in trade to ensure a sound understanding of the competitor set and get inspiration for new concepts.
- Lead the maintenance and accuracy of the information in the product data system

**About You**
- Significant experience working within a food development and menu development environment is required and experience in food manufacturing is desirable
- Passionate and knowledgeable about food you will have your finger on the pulse of the latest food trends and understand how to translate these into commercially successful products that push the boundaries.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business.
- IT literate - ability to use Microsoft Office packages.
