**The Role**:
Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for design, storytelling, and all things digital? We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Web & Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic marketing team and help us take our online presence and visual identity to the next level.

In this exciting role, you’ll craft stunning website pages, design eye-catching graphics, produce engaging videos and animations, and refresh our brand identity guidelines to keep them sharp and fresh. We’re looking for someone with an artistic flair, a knack for multimedia storytelling, and the technical skills to transform bold ideas into captivating visuals that inspire and connect.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Web Design**: Design user-friendly and visually appealing web pages that align with our business goals, new brand guidelines and UX/UI best practices.
- **Graphic Design**: Create high-quality graphics for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, events and print materials as needed.
- **Video production**: Plan, edit, and produce videos for various channels, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- **Animations**: Develop engaging animations and motion graphics for marketing and storytelling purposes.
- **Brand Management**: Update and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, sales, product and dev teams to execute projects effectively and meet deadlines.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our creative output remains innovative.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in web design, graphic design, and multimedia production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Familiarity with web design tools such as Figma or Lucid.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
- Experience with video editing software and animation tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to provide a strong portfolio showcasing web designs, graphic designs, videos, and animations.
