We are seeking a Project Worker to work at our Addiction Services project which helps support clients who are committed to abstinence and life recovery from addiction to drugs and alcohol.

**Position**:Recovery Worker
**Salary**:£25,544 plus an Enhancement of £512 per annum for relevant Counselling /Psychotherapy Qualification
**Location**:Brighton
**Hours**:37
**Close**:1st February at 12 noon

BHT Sussex’s Addiction Services provide a residential 12 Step, trauma-informed CBT integrated treatment programme for men and women who are committed to abstinence and life recovery from addiction to drugs and alcohol.

The Project Worker will be a member of the Addiction Services staff team supporting clients with a wide range of individual and group therapeutic interventions. The role requires experience, skills and a theoretical understanding of individual and group therapeutic process in the context of abstinence-based residential addiction treatment.

We are looking for someone with a creative, resourceful and flexible approach to supporting clients rebuilding their lives in abstinence-based recovery.
