We currently have an opportunity available for a Contracts Manager to join our North Contracting Highways team. Our contracting teams are leaders within the highways industry providing full project management from design and concept through to constructionand maintenance.

**Main Responsibilities**
The Contracts Manager provides leadership and direction to the operational team. Ensuring the safe and efficient running of the contracts to budget and reflect the image of the company. Managing the development of profitable contracting operations in Colasensuring that all business objectives are achieved. You will ensure good relationships are attained with client and suppliers and the appropriate allocation, utilisation and integration of resources takes place. Promoting and enhancing safety awareness withinthe company and continually improving performance of the LTFR, the reduction on L.T.I. 's and Unsafe Acts. Working closely and assisting the General Manager with budget preparation and monitoring and attaining of targets.
