**The Role**

We're seeking a talented Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll create engaging designs for digital, print, and packaging mediums. Collaborating with our marketing team, you'll develop creative concepts, manage multiple projects, and meet stringent deadlines. Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is essential. Additional skills in video editing and photography would be a strong plus. We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise closely with key stakeholders to effectively meet briefs.
- Develop a strong understanding of key audiences and create an ability to differentiate between B2B and B2C.
- Design and create graphics for print or product marketing material, including product packaging, animation stickers, flyers, posters, point-of-sale collateral, etc.
- Create short videos for ecommerce, social media platforms and websites.
- Develop layouts, typography, and visual elements for websites and digital interfaces.
- Conduct photo manipulation and retouching as needed for ecommerce platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in graphic design, including video editing, layout design, typesetting, and photo manipulation with a strong portfolio to showcase.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with HTML, CSS & UX design is desirable.
- Keen interest in current and future design trends.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks.
- Self-motivated with a positive approach.
- A quick learner who’s flexible and willing to help where needed.
- Team player.
