Facilitate internal quality projects, facilitate quality assurance across two locations. To assist with training and continuous improvement of the Food Safety and Quality Culture in compliance with the BRC Global Packaging Specification, ISO9001, PS9000, ISO45001 and ISO14001. Support shift cover may be required. Primary shift pattern: Mon – Fri – times to be agreed with QM;Your TasksAct as first point of contact from the production area regarding quality matters.Promoting and enforcing good quality practises and hygiene standards.Control Quality documentation required for the QMSConduct quality inspection rounds during the designated shifts.Be able to analysis production samples against approved standards when needed.Checking/sampling of finished goods pallets in the warehouse if needed.Support the site in containment of faulty material. When required support sorting activity.Conduct where appropriate, testing of raw material.Conducting Glass and Brittle Materials audits and publishing results.Conducting and publishing GMP audits against BRC and ISO 9001 standards, raising and managing non-conformances.Facilitate investigations for internal and external non conformance with a RC and CAPAMonitor performance and proactively plan tasks to meet customer expectationsAdministrate and direct everyday essential Quality assurance activities (QTs), complete personally where required.Carry out internal audits to the standardsSupport audits/visits by auditors and customersMonitor and maintain GMP/BBQ.
