PAYE: £13.48 p/h Umbrella £16 p/h
**Company**:
The company are a global automotive manufacturing company. They are internationally renowned for their quality and reliability. As part of the Product Support & Logistics Division, you will be part of a close-knit, supportive team responsible for the supplyof critical hardware for manufacture of equipment across the UK and beyond.
**The role**:
As a Quality Technician, you will be a specialist within the group and will provide interpretation and problem-solving advice to others inside and outside of the department.
**Day to day activities will include**:
- Reviewing customer quality queries or concerns.
- Investigating them, looking at drawings, dealing with lots of different engineers, supplier quality, design
- Liaising with suppliers and understanding get route cause of the problem.
- 90% will be on a laptop (WFH) will be a requirement to go into warehouse but very infrequent.
**What is required**:
- Bachelor's Degree Engineering/Manufacturing/Maintenance or Equivalent relevant experience within a role within engineering, manufacturing and/or maintenance.
- Working knowledge of relevant engineering, manufacturing and/or maintenance and standards and practices, including knowledge of inspection equipment.
- Good interpersonal, communications, teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Ability to work with diverse teams of employees and customers.
