**About the role**
- Develop and manage the performance of marketing plans and activity from start to finish of the life of a development.
- In conjunction with sales teams, develop marketing activity plans and materials for allocated sites to drive enquiries, sales leads and visits using brand templates.
- Identify the USPs for each site and use these to ensure the most appropriate marketing activity is used with strong messaging across the full marketing mix.
- Produce artwork briefs for all lead generation activity across all sites and in line with briefing templates.
- Working closely with performance marketing team, execute lead generation and conversion activity on and offline, ensuring all customer touchpoints are accurate and adhere to the brand.
- Manage the customer contact strategy throughout the lifespan of the development, including pre-launch stage.
- Maximise all site specific pre and post sales release PR opportunities. Develop clear and concise briefs and analyse effectiveness post activity. Work with appointed agency to develop local PR plans to support each site.
- Project manage and execute timely events and launches, in conjunction with sales teams, ensuring all parties involved in delivery of the events are clear on roles and responsibilities.
- Work with media and digital agencies to develop lead generation plans that align with specific site marketing strategies, delivering on targeted leads (across both volume and quality) for each development within agreed budget.
- Act as brand guardian for the McCarthy Stone brand across the delivery of all site-specific marketing materials, through TOV and customer engagement.

**About you**
- 3 A levels at Grade C or above (or equivalent) and ideally a Degree (or equivalent).
- Marketing experience ideally within the property industry and/or an agency environment and/ or a lifestyle-oriented business.
- Proven experience in developing print and digital advertising campaigns to set timescales and within budget.
- A sound understanding of multi-channel content planning, creation and delivery.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, CMS systems and other digital platforms.
- Ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders and thrive in a team environment
- Strong commercial acumen & analytical capabilities
- Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and engage to suit customer group.
- Strong copy-writing and proofing skills/ great eye for detail and able to work to tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- A desire to work in an environment of continual improvement.
