The Junior Analyst will work with Sales & Marketing across all lines of business (LOBs) to deliver analysis and KPI that measure, track and monitor performance, in order to develop actionable insights. It has a global remit.

**The Junior Customer & Sales Analyst is responsible for**:

- Working with Sales & Marketing across all Lines of Business (LOBs) to implement industry-accepted key performance metrics that measure, track, monitor the Customer Experience, in order to develop actionable insights.
- Providing common measurements / dashboards & analysis for Acquire the Order activities and Customer Satisfaction that enables the Global Sales organization to develop strategies aligned to the company's vision.
- Supporting the Regional Sales managers in driving the strategic use of Merlin ensuring operational goals and metrics are reflected in Merlin and/or BI.
- Perform analysis and provide insight to ensure that the quality and data integrity of the Merlin (CRM) system remains at the highest level possible.
- Provide a global viewpoint of data trends in Customer satisfaction and sales measures and proactively provide ideas to improve: the way we work, the data we collect (and how) and how we can quickly act on the intelligence we have access to.
- Support the Sales Senior Management on the development and execution of Strategic Projects to drive accelerated achievement of the BreakThrough Objectives (BTOs).

**Specific tasks**:

- Ensure timely delivery of actionable analysis & insight using information out of Merlin, AX ERP, Power BI, Excel to the right sales, marketing & service professionals at the right time.
- Produce the Monthly Merlin Team Engagement score and continuously evolve the engagement measures over time.
- Control of the NPS reporting suite & distribution of NPS reports to relevant Managers
- Administer the Net Promoter Software (NPS) software involving relationship and transactional data and interaction with multiple systems to achieve the NPS programme roll-out.
- Updating of data using scripts in liaison with IT.
- Collating of data from Sales (persons) into Excel and analysis thereof.
- Managing & reporting on target achievement of direct & indirect sales channels via Merlin, BI or Excel tools.
- Assist in data quality improvement by controlling & managing the installed machine (IM) look ups and controlling IM data integrity by monitoring adherence to the IM model by users, and if necessary instigating corrective measures.

- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Advanced level of Excel knowledge - Pivots, Macros, Slicers etc
- Experience in data based analysis
- Preferred knowledge of SQL and/or MS Access or other analytical packages.
- Experience of CRM systems & data structures, ideally Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Ability to specify the business design and data structures needed for and across platforms such as Dynamics CRM, Dynamics AX (ERP), Excel and Power BI solutions
- Understanding of the complexity of working with international companies / across time zones
- Fluency in written and spoken English
