Compliance Officer

**We’re hiring for a Compliance Officer to support our growing Compliance Team.**:
To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated **Compliance Officer** to join our dynamic Compliance Team. Putting people first is at the heart of everything we do, and that extends to our clients as well as our employees. As one of our Compliance Officers, you’ll be right at the forefront of helping us deliver this mission by acting as vital support for our business teams.

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory framework and the FCA handbook.
- General understanding of key pieces of regulation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
- High degree of integrity with high ethical standards

**Using these skills, you’ll be**:

- Acting as a vital line of defence by proactively identifying and escalating any potential compliance risks to senior management
- Building relationships with key stakeholders in all business lines
- Representing the compliance division to the businesses
- Undertaking relevant research and diligence
