**Job Title**: Project Worker - Bruton Park, Rhyl

**Salary**: £12.96 per hour

**We have three exciting opportunities available**:

- Full-time day (contract until May 2026)
- Full-time night role
- Part-time night role

**About the Role**:
Join our team at **Bruton Park**, a welcoming and supportive home for homeless mothers and their babies. As a Project Worker, you’ll make a real difference every day, helping families build confidence, develop parenting and life skills, and create a safe, stable environment to call home.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supporting mothers and their babies with daily routines, parenting, and wellbeing.
- Helping families access essential services like healthcare, education, and training.
- Encouraging independence and confidence, while creating a warm, inclusive community.
- Keeping accurate records and contributing to personalised support plans.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- People with experience in social care, supported housing, or working with families (preferred, but not essential).
- Friendly, patient, and motivated individuals who enjoy making a difference.
- Flexible team players willing to work day, night, or part-time hours as required.
- Commitment to ClwydAlyn’s values - dignity, inclusion, and empowerment.
- Ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the cost).
