We have a well-established Specialist Nursing team who provide a service for children and young people with conditions relating to epilepsy, neurology, cardiology, diabetes, allergy, asthma, haemoglobinopathy, safeguarding, neonatal outreach, constipation, adolescence and transition. We have two well established outreach team for CYP who cover Neonatal Outreach and Children's Hospital at Home services.
If you are looking for career development where you can innovate and lead change, and you are highly motivated, energised and dynamic and looking to make a real difference to patient and staff experience then this is an exciting opportunity for you. You must be a registered Children's Nurse with substantial post registration experience in acute care setting at Band 7 level.
You will need to be flexible in your approach to work and in the hours that you may be required to work in order that we can provide a service to children and their families. A work plan and rota will be negotiated with you according to the needs of the service.
