As a Team Mobilisation & Implementation Officer from the NHS or private sector, you'll join a team that works in close partnership with Staffordshire Police and Mental Health Services, and you’ll join a Trust that puts people at the heart of what we do.

**What you will get**:

- An annual salary of up to £26,282 (37.5 hours per week) depending on experience

**Things that you will have**:

- Minimum 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English Language and Mathematics
- NVQ 3 in Business Admin/RSA 3 word processing/text processing or equivalent

Evidence of continuing development
- Strong team-working skills
- Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Competent in the use of word processing, internet and Microsoft office packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams in particular.
- Experience of communicating with care group staff on service improvements.
- Experience of delivering service improvements in own work area.

**What you will be doing**:

- Providing comprehensive mobilisation and implementation support to the mental health teams and operational management.
- Attending meetings where appropriate with the Transformation team to support and develop knowledge to enable successful implementation and mobilisation of new processes, systems and services.
- Creating, maintaining and managing documentation to facilitate the successful implementation of change within teams.
- Supporting teams in delivering transformation and change within own areas.

As a Team Mobilisation & Implementation Officer you will be a key member of our team and a valued and respected part of our service working alongside mental health nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, support workers, psychiatrists, operationalmanagers, business support and the project team.
