**Job Vacancy: Full-Time Receptionist/Administrator at GMS Auto Repairs Centre Ltd (UK)**
GMS Auto Repairs Centre Ltd is a well-established, family-run independent garage with over 25 years of experience in vehicle servicing and repairs. Operating six days a week, we pride ourselves on our high standards of customer service and our commitment to always going the extra mile for our customers. We are now looking for an experienced and motivated **Receptionist/Administrator** to manage our front desk on a full-time basis.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing the reception desk and handling bookings over the phone and online.
- Organising the diary and scheduling appointments.
- Generating and processing invoices.
- Taking payments and carrying out general office administration.
- Collecting car parts as needed.
**Requirements**:
The role is fast-paced and varied, so we are looking for someone who:
- Has strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Has previous experience in a garage environment or the motor trade (preferred but not essential).
- Possesses good knowledge of cars and vehicle repairs (desirable).
- Holds a full, clean UK driving licence (essential).

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
