Office Angels are currently looking to support one of our long term clients with a full-time, permanent position for a Inbound Sales Advisor based in Brighton. Our client works with a number of car manufacturers.
**Salary: £22,000 + two commission structures (OTE's £30,000+) Uncapped**
They are happy to consider graduates for this role or people within a customer advisory position.
This is a full-time role and is completely office based position working 40 hours a week. Daily working hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work half a day on a Saturday once in every 3 weeks (1 in 3) you do however getthis half day off in during one of the days Monday to Friday to ensure you get that time back.
The various enquiries coming in from existing customers will be for them to book in their cars routine MOT's and Services in which you will be required to book in their appointments with a soft upsell of their aftercare packages which are sold by the company.
The position entails:
- Expected to support all contact types when required
- Inbound calls
- Web leads, 1-link
- Live chats
- Departmental telephone answer rate of 95%
- 1-hour response time to all web enquiries (within operating hours)
- 1-link response time less than 20 minutes. Customer drop off and while you wait 5 days, loan car and C&D 7 days
- Live chats to be answered within 30 seconds
