**Fence Gate lodge is situated in the heart of Lancashire with 24 individually designed Bedrooms. And Banqueting facilities for up to 90 guests.**

An exciting opportunity have arisen to join our 5 star accredited housekeeping team. We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals who shows commitment, passion and flair and who is striving to build their career in the hospitality industry.

In this role you will be responsible for cleaning hotel rooms to a high standard including beds, bathrooms, public areas and any other duties as required. You will be part of a team who report to the Head Housekeeper.

**Initial responsibilities of a Housekeeper/Room Attendant**:

- A real passion for housekeeping and a fine eye for detail.
- Cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Supporting our team by cleaning communal areas.
- Uphold impeccable presentation
- To have an outstanding can-do attitude and the desire to work as a member of a team
- To deliver exceptional customer service to our guests
- Reporting on daily and weekly tasks
- Troubleshooting problems and emergency situations as they arise
- Any other reasonable request asked of you by your manager
- Twice a week clean the fence gate
- At least 1-year experience in a Housekeeper/Room Attendant background.( preferred but not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and clear communication skills.
- A passion for housekeeping and a fine eye for the detail
- An impeccable presentation
- An outstanding can-do attitude and the desire to work as a member of a team

Full training is provided so previous experience is preferred although not necessary

Part-time hours: 16 hours per week

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: Up to £10.60 per hour
