This post will be based at GWP but could be rotated to other teams and sites to gain a wealth of knowledge in Health Records, both in the warehouse and hospital sites.Working as part of a team, you will be expected to carry out various clerking duties, including answering the phone to enquiries for notes, filing, pulling notes for outpatient clinics, prepping notes within the Hospital setting, providing hospital notes for all types of requests including audit and merging of temporary sets into main hospital notes.
You maybe asked to cover driving duties where you will need to use Trust vehicles to deliver patient records to various sites. You will also be expected to take part in a weekend rota system as and when required. This may include Bank Holidays.
