We are recruiting for a Plastics Surgery Health Records Clerkwho shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
Based in the Main tower of Lister Hospital on level 11 where the Plastic Surgery outpatient clinics take place.
You will be working within a team of booking clerks, consultants and nurses in Plastics outpatient department.
The Plastic surgery department is a warm and friendly environment to work in with all team members having positive working relationships.

You will be responsible for finding and preparing notes for Plastic Surgery patients from Outpatients to Minor operative procedures and trauma patients both at Lister and QE2.
The following duties - ensuring notes are pulled, clinics are fully checked, filing of the correct documents, tracking of notes, prepping, merging. Including dealing with requests for notes from hospital staff groups, and the safe delivery of notes to sites.
We aim to provide the best quality of care to our patients ensuring we meet their individual needs in a timely manner.
